Just announce this morning in my old home town, another factory closing down. Good pay and benefits for the employees now gone.

Another 1500 jobs gone thanks to the stimulus that did not work in time.

I am sure they will.

Left wingers always seem to find some common good in people losing their good paying jobs with free benefits. Next up, all those people will lose their homes and the left will make that out to be a good thing also.

We are surely on the road to recovery with all this great news.

I gave an opinion yesterday that part of the reason the president's approval rating is dropping in the polls is because people expected to see better results from the stimulus package immediately, fact is it wasn't designed that way.

A lot of people were hoping for an immediate recovery. I don't see how anyone realistically believed that we could fix problems that have been building up for almost a decade could be fixed within a couple of months. I still believe things will get worse for the country overall before it starts to get better.

I wonder how they figure these numbers; I know my company called back another 2% of their laid off workers.
