A witness? He was with a drug dealer... at worst he was trying to buy drugs.. I wouldn't call him a witness... and besides that, you left out the best part...
STRIKING one of the officers with a car... a car is deadly weapon... what did you think was going to happen? Perhaps cops shouldn't fire if the person used a gun instead but didn't hit the officer with the bullets...
cut the poor lib some slack. he was so desperate to throw out an anti-gun story, he didn't actually read it.

Gimme a break! I didn't see the part of the report where they identified themselves as police officers. They fired at the guy into the passenger side window - I don't know of an automobile that rolls SIDEWAYS.
I think there are a few salient facts MISSING from this story.
Besides, why wouldn't these trigger-happy cops want to CHASE HIM DOWN in yet another HIGH SPEED CHASE? The report said the deceased was driving a "small car".
If you believe every initial police report you read, I have a bridge over the Tallahatchie River for sale ...
I don't understand why some people get up in arms about this. I'm sorry, but if someone busts into my home uninvited and with bad intentions, I should have every right to shoot their asses! How am I supposed to know if they will maim or kill me?

What if your teenage daughter invited them over after hours without your knowledge?
it was not a homicide, it was self defense. Do you propose there was an alternative? Just be a victim, I guess.
While perhaps legally justifiable, by the legal definition it would still be a double homicide, thus raising the crime rate (in this case, violent crime rate) for the particular city/town.
An alternative? Get a dog. Get a security system. Call the cops. Get better lighting outside the house. Fire a warning shot. Move to a better neighborhood.
Personally I'd just GTFO of Texas, but that's just me.

Park is like so many other blind liberals when it comes to telling the whole story. You know it is possible to make so many say what you agenda says should happen if you don't tell the whole story.

How do you know he hit that cop on purpose? He was in reverse and surely moving fast.
