Good news: teenage birth rate dropped to 41.5 births per 1,000 teenager, ending a 2 year increase

Bad news: the percentage of babies born out of wedlock continued to increase, even while the number of total births dropped by 2%, the number of babies born to unmarried parents increased 1%, increasing 27% since 2002. When will this increase end?
