Before I label this more right wing projecting, how about giving me an example.

So if they don't float do we get to burn them at the stake at dusk too?

It's sort of like Ben & Jery's trying to come up with a new flavor. No matter what new stuff they put in there, it's all still ice cream. In the right-wing's case, of course, it's all still BS...

Well, I happen to know a little about Cass. If you read his theory on redistributive justice, you see why democrats are not really into tort reform. And that's sad because it could possibly solve a bunch of our healthcare costs. Tort reform is so important, and the Cass Sunstein's of the world won't even consider it. Beyond that, he's your typical socialist, way out there, not much substance.

It's really interesting to watch things play out nowadays. With a nod or a word from some guy on TV (who nobody ever heard of until recently) a huge % of the nation will turn their focus to an individual with fear and suspicion. Spying can be done, dirt can be dug up, any prior activity, action or inaction can be placed under a microscope and translated by this part of the population. And regardless of what is found the suspicion will never go away and even the most innocuous issue will be spun to fit the fear that people already feel.

I hear a lot of talk about "Nazi's" and "another Hitler" and how we need to learn from history to prevent that from happening again, but the more likely scenario is a return of the McCarthy era making a comeback right before our eyes. Learn from history? Nah. People only know what they know, and can't be bothered with logic, rationality, or even sane behavior.

That people less psycho than Glenn Beck are in psychiatric institutions and taking a high dose of Thorazine - that's what.

What is his theory on redistributive justice, and how will he put it into effect?

And, could you define "typical socialist"? Do you mean, a Portuguese person?

Good for Glenn Beck. He needs to keep Americans engaged in the political process so the far left doesn't try to steal our country from us.

Americans need much, much, much more than Glenn Beck to have a normal diet of political information. Glenn is like a little triangle of Laughing Cow cheese -- okay and fun for what it is but no substitute for healthy, balanced nutrition, and too much makes you sick.
