In her MSNBC interview this week - Taitz mischaraterizes the California case and really believes that the Judge Carter hearing in January will force Obama to show up in person on January 26th and produce his birth certificate. The Jaunury 26th date is tentative based on an October 5th hearing where the judge will hear the defense's Motion To Dismiss. It will most likely be dismissed based on the same laws cited by Judge Land. In any case (Law 101 & Constitution 101) Orly must prove her case - not put the burden on the defense to prove a negative. Her shotgun approach with 3 "real" Birth Certificates and an AOL poll won't go far in court.

Talk about an incompetent lawyer, I doubt she will get past Oct. 5, if it even gets that far without being dismissed.
I am submitting tomorrow to judge Carter a response to defendant’s motion. I will be busy today and tomorrow and will not have much time for blogging. I will respond to Judge Land’s outrageous attack and threat of sanctions. This is very similar to what I have seen in the communist dictatorship in the Soviet Union.

ahh, i love the entry a few posts earlier where she is puzzled about why an ad for obama's "fight the smears" site appears on her page now that she has adsense.
I added Google Adsense adds to this blog in order to get some advertising dollars, which would help me cover the expenses of Obama eligibility law suits. Amazingly, the very first add that appeared, was an add from Obama’s website “Fight the smears”, saying that he was born in HI, don’t believe the lies. Can you believe it? Do you think it’s random? I wonder how much is he paying for that. It’s really hilarious that now Obama is paying to advertise on my web site.

As an individual who receives money from Google, I'm not familiar with the line of the TOS agreement which says you should encourage people not to click the links. After all, its the reason they are there. Tell me what part of the Google TOS says its a violation?
