I think there should be an Animal Civil Liberties Union, fully funded by taxpayer monies, to defend the rights of all animals... just like CASS SUNSTEIN wants.
Because it is obvious that the government no longer considers "securing the inalienable rights of men" (i.e. people) as its primary job.

Yes, and we should also ban hunting and fishing. Those poor fish. They really suffer when they take the hook. And everyone wants raccoons etc. overrunning their property and making their homes in their basements (no lie...we have experienced that problem).
And there certainly should be mandatory laws to force organ donation.
