And the biggest wuestion, where is the final bill that he is getting all these facts from? Democrats have already voiced their repulsion to reading bills.

Didn't you left wingers learn from his camoain that hussein obama will say anything to suck you in? You know he is lying when he starts reverting to his preacher voice.
First of all, his name is not "hussein" Obama and I find that reference highly offensive. You happen to be talking about our President and if you like it or not, he WAS voted into office.

I found the speech excellent. I truly listened to it even though the far right felt they could yell out "Liar". That man ought to be ashamed of himself as well as a few others who were waving their papers around. Where were they all these years before this ever started? Now they have all the right ideas. Just disgusting.

The speech actually re-inforced my support of a plan for a healthcare exchange. Hopefully it dispelled some of the myths that the sheep follow. Silly things like scaring the elderly with this rhetoric or telling others they HAVE to switch and will lose their own insurance has gone on long enough because it's simply not true.

There seems to be a lot of arrogance on this topic and I can only guess that those of you who are so against this plan are billionaires and will never have to worry about losing your health ins. should you lose your employment. It's obvious that many are so wealthy that becoming uninsurable isn't a worry. Well, I'm not that fortunate so I definitely think this is an excellent idea.

Sixty-one years ago this was considered and it's popped up a couple times during our lifetime. There are many foreigners who laugh at our health insurance companies and that needs to be aired as much as the horror stories.

For those of you who are worried about the cost~call your county commissioners and ask them how much money they pay out in a one year span for indigent care. You're already paying for the care of others and filling the billfolds of the ins. execs. I'd prefer to pay for the healthcare of my fellow Americans.

Lucky for veterans and the elderly that you will never be the POTUS. Actually, it will still be the patient and physician that will decide on an individual's health care, not the government.

Well I'll ask again. How will it be paid for? Please be specific. I don't know about you but I never buy anything unless I know how much it costs and if I can actually afford it first.
As for foreigners who laugh. There are also millions who want to come here and leave the country they were born in behind, including that so called free healthcare.
I am worried about the costs. WE have a stimulus bill that was passed with out concerns about how to pay for it. We simply can not continue to operate under buy now pay later policies.

He is not calling it CUTS, he twisted it into savings.
And he seems to be amused by his clever "pull the switch on granny" remark. Clever lad, clever.

If this plan is so good, you'd think the very first thing POTUS and CON-GRESS would do would get at the head of the line, mandating their own participation, along with SCOTUS and all GS-10 and above fed employees.

Let them try it for five years, if it's really so great, I will consider it.

Remember, they are our employees, our servants, not the opposite.

Nope. It made my believe stronger that government should stay out of Health care...but i already knew that out of experience in Europe living with that system that was always broken and every year things were added on the list that wouldn't be covered or less times.

Good God..your blatant love for Obama is clear. I for one do not trust anything he says since he has an ulterior motive for pushing this through. To fulfill his role as socialist-in-chief. As far as his name, isn't his middle name Hussein and his last name Obama?? At least that is what is on his many birth certificates.
