That's interesting considering NASA satellite records show that from 1968 - 1998 the world's temperature raised one degree and from 1999 to 2008 it dropped one degree.

NOAA data only had a decline in global temperatures from 2005-present.
Even if we switch to Fahrenheit, which is fine because Celsius is as unscientifically arbitrary, and we assume you mean 1998 to 2008, the change was only a bit more than three tenths of one degree of "cooling".
Here, on the left, is NOAA’s global mean temp for each of the past 10 years. They measure this in ten thousandths of one degree from the 100 year average: In this chart, using NOAA Climatologist data with clearer formatting, you can see that we are in a four year cooling trend, right now. Also notice that this entire chart encompasses barely more than one half of one degree. Click to zoom in for fine detail.

YEA, Edumacation and East Anglia are interesting words to put in the same paragraph.
East Anglia (the sourse of the sourse you link to, "LOST"all the data they used to make these statements.
When asked by other scientests to provide the raw data they used for their calculations, the first response was "why would we give you our data when all you will do is try to refute our work? followed by "Oh we lost it."
You might want to get a better grip on your sources.
