Who told you this? That is so far from the truth. Doctors can see ANY patients they want no matter how they are paying. There are many doctors that take insurance for certain procedures but because insurance does not cover others they take cash. Example a plastic surgeon will accept insurance if say you were in a car accident because insurance will pay for it or if you wanted to have your boobs done you can pay them cash. Insurance companies do NOT prevent doctors from accepting patients that pay cash.
