US actually increasing personnel in Iraq: More contractors, fewer troops

Hmmm, has anyone actually been looking at what these 'contractors' are doing over there? I looked into jobs in the region, and about 90 percent of the hireing is in the IT field. Some equipment maint stuff, but by and large it's all computer and high tech they are looking for. Little bit of security, but hardly any construction/skilled trades work. If there is a hiring boom going on for Iraq, it's hiding real well.
