I don't even have a clue what the House did to Jow Wilson...they should have giving him a statue for making sure that now every one heard it and that was the reason for closing one of the loopholes...I believe many more loopholes need to be closed...
Jow Wilson will mostly be remembred for standing up and a loophole closed, than that he really did a terible thing...he didn't used a racial slur, didn't curse, didn't cheat or beat anybody....
Wilson was already rebuked, but if Democrats continue to drag this out, it will only hurt them in the end. If We Don't Censure Wilson, KKK Will Ride Through Countryside , this kind of statement is right up there with depicting Obama as Hitler.
Who says that appealing to emotional reactionaries isn't profitable.

Not really, one comparison is based on political choices, and one is a condemnation of a personal nature.
Comparing 0bama to Hitler is a comparison based upon the direction of 0bama's political policies, not on Hitler's personal bigotries and murderous deeds. Comparing Wilson to the KKK is a comparison based upon perceived personal nature of Wilson, comparing him to being a member of the utmost evil forms of bigotry the nation has ever known.

Pardon me, I had to pick myself up off the floor when I fell over laughing. Are you trying to tell me that John Q Citizen will look at a poster of Obama being depicted as Adolf Hitler, the man most famous for his genocide and ethnic cleansing of Jews and Gypsies and say to themselves... Ahh Hitler's national socialist/fascism is what this is about? I hope you are trying to be funny here because if you're not, then...whoa man.

Wilson voted in favor of funding health care for illegal immigrnats in 2003, so whether it was racist or just plain direspectful and rude, what the hell is he enraged about? His hypocrisy is what is so telling about his character.
Also interesting... Rep. Joe Wilson Confirmed Member Of Radical Racist Group, "Sons Of Confederate Veterans".
The pieces are coming together. South Carolina State representative Joe Wilson has been found to be a member of a neo-radical racist group called, "Sons Of Confederate Veterans". The group, for one, has always defended slavery as a necessary means and Joe Wilson also was one of only 7 State representatives in the entire House to vote to defend the Confederate flag. Some are starting to confirm their beliefs that his insubordinate behavior had more to do with race than it did health care reform.
If I hadn't heard it myself I would think this was a joke. I agree with you, there are many more important issues. What Joe Wilson did was wrong, no question, as for censuring him, that would be as bad. Let's keep the race issue going. I think that is what the democrats have in mind, especially the minority democrats.
Nita
I'm a little surprised that the left has essentually thrown in the towel by continually playing the race card the way they have. They've gotten everything they wanted, but now anyone who disagrees with Dear Leader is a Klansman? Seems a little early for the "cuz I'm black" symphony orchestra.
well, Hank Wilson has my vote for "dumbest person ever"
seems like the more you focus on the individuals who make the decisions in this country, The dumber they seem.
