Geez, can anyone on the left even get the definition for the word "racist" right anymore?

Rush is encouraging racist fears that having a black president emboldens blacks to attack whites. Simple as that. It's a variation of the Willie Horton tactic.
I can't believe that people are still trying to pass off this bus incident as a racial incident when, upon investigation, it was found to have nothing to do with race:
"A student on a Belleville West High School bus was beaten for his choice of seat, not because he was white, according to a witness and police.
'The incident appears now to be more about a couple of bullies on a bus dictating where people sit,' said Belleville Police Capt. Don Sax, who originally said Monday's attack may have been racially motivated."

And if you want to dispute what the Police Captain said, try some actual evidence to the contrary instead of your gut feeling. Have the parents of the the child that was attacked come out and stated that this incident was racially motivated? Has their lawyer? Have their been other racial incidents involving children at the school they attend?
Perhaps some of you need to think long and hard about why you want this incident to be racially-motivated, when, based upon the conclusions of those who actually conducted the investigation, it is not.
This started when either US New & World Report or Newsweek came out with an article that white babies are born racists. Racism is genetic and nothing can be done about it.

It would appear that you have missed the point.
My comment was not directed at this thread. This flagrant baseless racist labeling that is mostly coming from the far left leadership is only causing racial tensions where none previously existed. They are doing this because they are losing their arguments and can no longer legitimately blame someone else.
The result can not be good but it would seem they don't care as long as they get what they want, they don't appear to care what they leave in their path.

Do you have some investment in the bus incident being racially motivated and the incident with the army officer not being racially motivated?

This comment is so ignorant. The only "evidence" of it being racially motivated would be someone actually admitting that they either punched the kid because he was white, or egged on other kids because the kid was white. Possibly if they were in some anti-white gang, that would be enough to be considered justifiable circumstance. But other then that, they are working with personal admittance.
Who the hell with half a brain cell is going to admit that?
So the cops interview the black students involved in the incident, and, surprise, they dont get a one of them to say that race had anything to do with it. Gee, who could have predicted that outcome. You either have to be a brazen idiot, or so proud of your racism that you dont care about the additional penalties hate crimes carry to actually admit to race having motivation in an action.
