It doesn't matter the amount or by whom. All that matters is that they were all wrong and overstepped their powers (the Presidents who did this). Congress has a responsibility, and if fact legal duty, to create and approve of these positions and appointments. Failure of Congress to do this is Unconstitutional and any that do not perform their duty should be immediately removed from office!

I don't like the concept of czars myself, from the drug czar on down...but those on the right, following their leader Glenn Beck, act as if the czars are a whole new idea invented by Obama.
It's OK for an American president to have as many czars as he wants. It's NOT OK for some foreigner in the White House to make all of these appointments. Especially when he's a muslim. </sarcasm>

It's an idiotic argument...Obama Czars are Socialist Academic Ideologues who never did anything in their lives except think or have other people do their dirty work. But we are watching them and they can't make a move without us pouncing on them....their days are numbered.

No, no, no, no. That's not what the message is, the message from Beck is that these people are radicals or racists or just plain fruit cakes. Some are all of the above. That is what the controversy is about.
