LOL, sympathy would not protect us from terrorists as Israel knows. You can have all the world's sympathy but they won't protect us, we have to protect ourselves.

He evidently has a great education. He has a beautiful family and lots and lots of friends in Chicago.

It is my hearts desire that he spend vastly more time with his family and friends in the very near future.

In Canada the city streets are so clean you could eat lunch sitting on a curb with your feet in the gutter.

I also liked the welcome I got when I stepped off the plane at Calgary airport.

Was a lovely elderly woman wearing moose antlers.

She was so friendly and said "Welcome to Canada!" to everyone who deboarded the plane.

I will always remember that and think fondly of how friendly the Canadian people are.

Oh... I'm sorry, I thought you said Canada.

I don't have anything positive to say about Obama. But I will mention that I think he's a good father to his daughters.

"He is a clean, well spoken black man"----that is from Harry Reid. Thought I would throw in there what others have said of him. If a conservative had said that they would be without a job.

I'm sure you lol'ed for real. Or are you just trying to mock my comment? I've never seen that on the Internet before.

My comment was never about defense. It was about international relationships with traditional allies and new ones. And I'm sure the way the US bullied its way into Iraq did more to recruit terrorists than they themselves could ever hope to.

He is a model for inner-city students who refuse to speak standard English.

About the "economic crisis." Do look up George Soros...and think a little about what a coincidence the timing was.

To wit, I can say something positive about Bush - kudos to him for giving minorities visible positions in his cabinet.
