Squab is just a fancy word for young pigeon. Wild turkeys in large numbers can be pests though. They like to roost on the woodshed roof and they can do a number on the shingles.
I've eaten squab before... taste like chicken... albeit a lot smaller... build tall fences to keep the turkey out... and shoot them when they come over and eat them... yum...
