We need Pelosi as the face of the Democrat Party. She says such incredibly inane things when a microphone is placed in front of her that that as long as she isn't Speaker of the House, I'd rather she stick around and blurt out things every once and awhile. Say, are those farm owners and farm workers who can't get any water and are now are out of work and on food lines to feed their families (because of the delta smelt and the envirocrazies) in her district?
You certainly love to use the word "impeach", which means to accuse an official of wrongdoing.
What crimes have these two committed that would warrant impeachment? (Hint: Not doing what you want them to do is NOT grounds for impeachment.)
You need to find a few candidates that appeal to more than a few pseudoreligious kooks and a bunch of Grumpy Old Men before you start counting your chickens. You may have a lot less support than you think without a popular platform and a hard uphill battle if you can't pull in the youth and ethnic votes.
alot of congresscritters in both the republican and democrat parties should be impeached for their violation of oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
because they sure as heck are not doing it now, or in the last 50 years.
A couple of posters have made assumptions that most American's and members of congress cheat on their taxes.That can not be proved one way or the other,but what bothers me is the attitude other people do it so it is ok for Rangell.What kind of society would we have if this was the predominate way of thinking.No no would be guilty of anything,a person is caught stealing and his defense is well most people have stolen why you coming down on me.
That is a very simplistic and dangerous argument.Rangell has been caught cheating 2 or 3 times it seems to be a pattern,plus he is a hypocrite when he froths out the mouth to raise taxes on the rich but does not want to pay his own.Is he a example of someone that we want writing tax policy or those coming to his defense are just blind partisans.
