I don't view bath-time photos "pornographic" but I find them to be in poor taste. I know many parents think this is cute but I'd be embarrassed to have these types of photos of me around. Fortunately, my mother did not take any bath-time pictures. Regarding the Wal-Mart incident, they overreacted but I was shocked that child protection services actually removed the kids from the home. This is government inefficiency at its worse especially considering how poorly the cases where actual child abuse are handled.

About what I have bolded above....The only photo printing policy I have ever seen at wal mart is about printing something with a copyright. And I could not find it on google..

From Walmart.com's website for the photo center:

I found this online but I can always swing by the photo center and take a picture if you'd like, as this one relates to Walmart.com but I'm about 90% sure the one in the store is going to be similar.

I don't know about the Wal-mart where they live but in mine not only are the terms printed in above your head they're printed on the little kiosk where you drop the photos off. Granted, I've only read them because I was in line and bored but they were present

Now as far as Wal-mart goes it says they have the sole discretion to determine whether the contents falls within this section so I wonder what they base that on.

I've never seen that at the walmart we have our pictures printed at. And it's really pretty vague, the way it reads some stupid clerk could decide to not print you families picnic if they choose to.

Well if I remember correctly the stupid clerk is only supposed to hand it over to the stupid manager who then hands it over to the stupid Wal-mart person who hands it over to the stupid outside Wal-mart person who gets paid to determine if the pictures are actually something to be alarmed about.

It's probably vague on purpose to release stupid wal-mart from the stupid lawsuits that stupid people will file if they find out the stupid clerk said nothing when their stupid husband was having nude pictures of their kids developed.

Therefore, Walmart do apply judgement to what they disclose to the authorities. That leaves them open to being sued on the grounds that their judgement was unfair or unreasonable or that the process they used in arriving at that judgement was flawed to the extent that it could cause harm to a third party.

Did I offend you by using the word "stupid"? And I do think walmart should pay...

At mine it's written in red letters on the big yellow kiosk that sits in between the two Kodak printers. It's hard to miss it but like I said I've only read it because I was waiting in line to pick up my prints and the girl was off somewhere looking for the missing pieces of the Triforce
