Alot of people care...Your thoughts, "Who Cares" just echo's how California as a whole feels about alot of things and that is NO help what so ever to the future of this country. It is this kind of thinking that will be the ultimate down fall of this Country.

If they speak to you in English (perfect or not) and can conduct business transactions fluidly with no problems, then there is no problem. These two guys speaking to each other in the business they probably own about a subject that is probably none of your business - multiplied by thousands of similar instances where others are doing the same thing - is not going to lead to the downfall of this country. It is not their problem you can't eavesdrop on their conversation.
