i thought the Obama admisistration was supposed to be the most transparent of any previous administration. Why doesn't he list who are czars and who is not being it is so contoversal?

While he is add it, he should list thier qualifications etc. This would end all the speculations going on.

As has been posted in the plethora of czar threads, Bush appointed 36 of them.
Why weren't you whining during the Bush administration?

Hypocrisy.

I had a problem with it then, but it's becoming a larger problem, because he's appointing people that are about as immoral, unethical and dangerous for the country as it gets. Nobody that has that amount of power in an administration should be given a free ticket into an office. They should be vetted. Publicly.

It's an abuse of power, and it'll bite him.

Remember when Obama was campaigning and he said "if you want to know what my policies are, look at the people I surround myself with"? Then he mentioned Buffet and his financial policies, etc?

Well he's surrounding himself with tax cheats, communists and all around unethical people. Are we supposed to forget about these people, or take Obama at his word?

Exclamation 'Safe school czar' encouraged child sex with an older man

Quote:
A teacher was told by a 15-year-old high school sophomore that he was having homosexual sex with an "older man." At the very least, statutory rape occurred. Fox News reported that the teacher violated a state law requiring that he report the abuse. That former teacher, Kevin Jennings, is President Obama's "safe school czar." It's getting hard to keep track of all of this president's problematic appointments. Clearly, the process for vetting White House employees has broken down.

In this one case in which Mr. Jennings had a real chance to protect a young boy from a sexual predator, he not only failed to do what the law required but actually encouraged the relationship.
Just one case, yes, but one case too many. Does obama forgive all or overlook all the past with his czars, things that are unthinkable, and just go ahead with his intuition? WTH, over?

Well, what an azz.
At the very least he should have found out if this older man really was an 18/19 year old or a 30 year old. Big difference.
That he didn't shows an appalling lack of judgement on his part. Would he have been so cavalier if this were a 15 year old female student with an 'older man'? Probably. He did not adhere to the law of his state about mandatory reporting of possible abuse, and if the editorial is correct, he braged about his failure to report this crime at various speeches. It seems he thinks this collusion made him a cool teacher. At least in his mind.

This is not a gay rights issue the way Jennings remembers it. This is a child sexual abuse issue and the out and out approval given it by a man in authority over this teen. Disgusting.
