This sounds like a meeting of revolutionaries in some Serbian coffee shop. Five guys sit down to plot a revolutionary attack. Four are government agents and the fifth is a fool.

I wonder if the "bomb" makers’ encouraged and entrapped, or even hired, these fools while investigating the supposed crime they made up. Maybe the intelligence guys needed a budget boost?

Trust no one.

Either Obama is an FBI agent or he was one of the plotters who ratted on his own buddies.

Which one?

He cannot even find Kansas City let alone keep someone safe.

Isn't Kansas City in the 57th State?

WRONG... Obama no doubt is working diligently to make sure these guys have the best lawyers in the mean time, we need to make sure that the FBI agents broke no laws while trying to apprehend these suspects.

I mean, did they by chance wiretap 5 sec BEFORE they got the warrant?

This is a perfect example of misleading thread titles. I thought it was no longer permitted.

Obama, if he can take credit for anything, will be able to take credit for dismantling our entire security network and rendering it ineffective. He has already begun by reiterating his continued support of the CIA investigation.

We will catch fewer and fewer of these terrorists as time goes on, and not until they actually bring down a building, blow up a stadium, or reduce a crowded shopping mall to shambles. It's coming to a theater near you soon. THEN we'll be able to credit Obama.

What makes you think the government did not recruit and encourage these fools to do this? I think our anti-terrorist units wanted some publicity. They found a couple of idiots and gave them the tools to be self proclaimed heroes.

If somebody approached me about making bombs I would try and become a Federal spy and report the progress to the same people trying to entrap me. That could wind up being a bureaucratic DO Loop.

Excellent point.

Did the President personally thwart the attacks? No. But if some people are planning to blame him for successful attacks (which only true idiots or enemies of this country would want to have happen), it's only right to give him credit for failed attacks.

Or, does that only work with Republican Presidents?

Just when I thought I'd seen and heard everything...another conspiracy theory.
IF the government wanted to do that, they'd go look for someone in Londonderry NH.

Read my post. Recruiting me would be a very grave mistake because I would turn them in to their own agency.
