Oh you called THE STATE? Ok. Was the number 1-800-ILL-NOIS?

Did you not read the link from the Illinois General Assembly about "inactive status" in the state of IL? Have you not read the other posts in this thread?

And why is it that you haven't provided the oh-so-credible link where you read information to the contrary?
