Bachmann may never have said Census workers should be shot but she has been frighteningly effective job of getting people freaked out about the Census and her words have now born bitter fruit.

Fordyce. Yes. I don't think I've ever been to Fordyce, but I vaguely remember coming up against Fordyce in History Club contests. (The history club contests were the predecessors to the college bowls that Arkansas high schools compete in.)
There is a similar thread on here about the motives for the killing. Most of us agreed we don't really have enough information, but we're specualting. My speculation is that this murder is probably more personal than political. JMO, I hasten to add.
