It does look cool, Red is a nice color. But the symbolic nature of what they're doing is atrocious!

Can't say as I'm a fan of this. There's a BIG difference between not being antagonistic toward and actually honoring China's government... This, if it's as advertised, crosses the line.

I hope they add a LOT of red white and blue DOLLAR SIGNS and a big "China Owns America" slogans. Wake UP America. You aren't being sold out, you HAVE been sold out !!! The high cost of cheap goods !

Where was the outrage when it was lit red and yellow in Feb. 2008 to ring in Lunar New Year, a joyous occasion celebrating the beginning of the calendar year in Asia?

There's a big difference there. This garbage they're doing is celebrating the Communist Revolution in China.

The building is privately owned. China doesn't have free speech but America does.

Maybe owner & real estate mogul Peter L Malkin is schmoozing prospective Chinese tenants. He spreads his political contributions around and gave to both Republican and Democrats in the 2008 Election.
