NO youd shouldn't vote on religion. They should vote based on policy. Plus, what clinched the election was more due to the waning power and popularity of the Republican party.
So again, who really cares? Seeing how many more pressing issues there are, this seems trivial.
A persons stance on a policy is usually dictated by their religious and/or moral beliefs. It has been that way since the inception of our constitution. Did you vote Democrat because of the waning popularity of the Republican party, or because your belief structure guided your decision making process?

So it means that you can't stand firm in such an sweeping, strong opinion simply because you don't like him.
Your opinion loses credibility when you have no proof whatsoever. You don't have proof to back up your assertion. So that's pretty bad.
