Public data exists for cancer, HIV/AIDS, influenza, etc. It is purely for statistical reasons. Abortions are difficult to gather statistics on, because most women lie about having them (or not having them).

This is a non-issue.

Any statistics on the amount of women who lie about this, or is it just paranoia? Only a crazed woman who is extremely insecure about herself would lie about such a thing.

Huh? So you're comparing real estate transactions & property taxes to a personal medical procedure?

And the crazy anti-choicers have the names of more doctors to kill because they "respect" life.

Those aren't the only questions being asked, either. Also asked is why the woman had the abortion -- as if that's anyone's damn business.

I’m not too knowledgeable about laws, however this sounds like it’s illegal to publicize someone’s medical record information especially if they happen to be a minor.

I smell a big lawsuit!
There's already been one filed.

They should report STDs like this if they do it with abortions.

They should also report rapists and sex offenders and Johns in a database also.

You can't attack one defenseless group without going after the real criminals.

If some people want to point fingers at women receiving a legal medical procedure let's point fingers at the perverts and sickos.
