SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is calling out his wife, Maria Shriver, for apparently violating a state law he signed — holding her cell phone while driving.
The celebrity Web site TMZ.com posted two photographs Tuesday showing Shriver holding a phone to her ear while she's behind the wheel.

I see just as many people talking on cell phones as before the law was passed. Whenever somebody is driving to slow or weaving in front of me........9 out of 10 times it's a idiot on the phone. The law is not being enforced too much. I think drunk drivers are safer.
