You must be kidding. Everybody knows they only care about life pre-cervix, never post-cervix.

I would:

1. Change the socialist President, his appointed socialist minions and all of the inept members of Congress who don't listen to us anyway.
2. Dump everything to do with Smart Grid/Smart Meters and the National Healthcare Database right away. It's a total assault on the public for government control of our personal lives.
3. Cut the Federal Government in half.
4. Change law enforcement tactics. Prosecute johns and drug users instead of hookers and drug dealers and give them mandatory 3 year sentences.
5. Change the Primary system by rotating the order of all of the states. No more New Hampshire and Iowa always go first.

So most of your ideas have a somewhat libertarian bent, and then you hit us with quas-fascist b.s. like this. How about decriminalizing victimless human behavior? Did that ever occur to you?

5 things I would change about the US
1. Increase the # of people that notice what it has - fewer dwelling on the negative despite the good.
2. More unity in between disasters.
3. Less fear without contemplating facts/common sense.
4. Zero reliance on impoverished economies to provide us with many of our greatest luxuries.
5. Less hypocrisy from the Religious factions in how they live and judge vs. the teachings that they claim to be following.
