Filings are not foreclosures, Look at the REO website and you'll find there are very few left compared to a year ago.

u guys can talk and talk and takl.. but wouldnt be able to do half good job as obama... not other prez has only bush come close they 2 best prez in a row.people hate jus cuz they jealous.overall i give a+ average 4 last 12 yrs of prez in us..

I think a lot of people forget this. Yes I am aware that a lot of people have been hit hard by the recession but it ticks me off when I see people who would have lost their home anyway because they couldnt' afford it from the beginning run around crying about "I lost my house due to the horrible economy".

looks like some deadbeats are going to get to stay longer in their "homes". of course, if this is allowed the banks will need another bailout and the working taxpayers will have to subsidize this as well......
