I'm against war. Always have been. It's obvious you're a partisan hack because you're assuming that Republicans are pro-war. But I digress...your defense is that he's the same as Bush, just sending them to a different theatre? Doesn't sound like much of a defense to me. Rush will surely cheer this on, while the paleo-conservative wing of the Republican party, as well as anti-war liberals, will surely boo this. But, it pays to throw liberals under the bus. After all, where else are they going to go, right?

Bush did not recieve the Nobel Peace Prize. Further, Iraq was able to be won. Afganistan will go on forever without victory, as there is not a social or political structure about which a nation can be created.

Big difference there.

I don't think the administration has confirmed this.

Obama = Bush.

Bush did it so Obama can too.

I now understand his supporters 'logic'.

Some here should read this without their partisan blinders on:

It's best to do it on a Friday so it can fly under the radar a little. Bread and circuses for everyone!

And thanks for your EXPERT military opinion on this matter.

With your kind of EXPERT advice readily available, why should Obama bother listening to his inexperienced know-nothing Generals?

Do you support sending more troops to Afghanistan?

What are the goals you think need to be reached?
