This is not an original idea of mine. In fact, it was thrown out for consideration on the Hot Air website, yesterday, to name one.
It seems the attention SNL gets for skits are the political ones. If Beck hosted SNL, the ratings would probably go through the roof. People would tune in for all kinds of reasons. Beck sometimes makes fun of himself and he even does a comedy routine away from his Fox News show. He's got a ton of mannerisms/routines that could be really funny if parodied.
Besides SNL coming out as ratings winners, would it help/hurt Beck to do it? Would it help/hurt Fox News if he did it?
Should SNL ask him to host? Would you watch (regardless of whether you want to see if he succeeds or fails)? Do you think it would be funny?
