That isnt calling it the Bush recovery maybe you should have watched the show and got a clue as to what they were talking about and why they raised that question.

Since some liberals proclaimed that its the low interest rates, the bailout bills etc causing the make believe recovery, and Obama has done neither, can it indeed be argued that since Bush made these, that it might be a Bush recovery? mmm

I could guess that's a tongue-in-cheek joke directed at those who have not recognized that it's President Zero's economic fiasco. If the fiasco isn't the Messiah's then neither is any recovery. Even a boob simpleton knows that.

So where did you get the image from? Another Democratic blog where they cut/pasted images to try to take things out of context?

Typical

They were raising the question due to something Bush said in a speech recently. That could the bailout for the banks that Bush signed have helped the dow reach 10k

It was raised in the form of a question then they went on to discuss it. Which I wasnt able to catch. It wasnt said in the form of a statement. Look at the pic you even posted that is a question asking if

Maybe someone else here got to watch the entire show that could give you more details.

It's not an investors market rally so I wouldn't get all hail-n-tail about it ..

The market could go to 20,000 and it wouldn't amount to a hill of beans without "investors" ..
