Or at least, better than it is currently.
I agree. What's a demonstration and what's a prayer vigil. This will cost James some money. It could be an expensive display a civil rights.

Something about that doesn't sit right with me. Could police be looking for something else to harrass him with for some reason? Hmmmm.
Leaving loaded weapons in areas accessible to children happens all the time. Maybe the police are just enforcing the law. Maybe not.

It may also close any sort of loophole police would use for asking ID in cases where someone is not physically located on a "health care" center. In that case, James would be a hero. Also, MANY people in NC will likely contribute so it may not cost James a dime.

Hopefully, if that Police Officer remembers that "moron" (your words, probably for any citizen exercising their Constitutional rights) and does anything to him, there will be witnesses and the cop will be prosecuted in criminal and civil court!

As far as your statement re: Miranda, that goes a long way towards revealing the lack of integrity of you and other "public servants".

This guy hasn't even had his day in court and you're already issuing veiled threats as to what the cops will do to him. Sounds like the police are nothing more than a gov't. authorized GANG of thugs.

If and when firearms are outlawed it will be these moronic cops that disregard their oath to uphold the Constitution and come knock on, or down, doors.

Before you go off much more try a dose of reality. That Police Officer will remember this moron and, as Alan Funt used to say; When you least expect it............ . A dose of reality will come down on him.

As we used to say, Miranda died in Jail
