Actually to get even more simple...just expand medicaid to include whoever wants to join until they could do a real reform bill.
This bill is just a subsidy to current insurance off the backs of taxpayers.
Nothing to prevent insurers from raising rates each year like they do now.
BTW..my health insurance is up 15% for next year as I just did my 2010 enrollment..same plan I had last year.
