"Jcarlislesiu", never tell a former mod to put up or shut up. Resorting to rudeness in a debate shows your ineptitude.

Yes, there were signs on many local baptist churches in this area, and fwiw the next county over is poor and white,I haven't seen many black people in Carter County,Tennessee, nor for that matter any other cultures or diversity, which is a reason I am soon leaving.....

I am new around here, I am just curious as to the meaning of "never tell a former mod" statement. Should you be EXTRA nice to someone because they used to be a moderator? You probably could have just said the statement was rude without saying the "mod" thing. Is the former mod going to build a time machine, dial in the past and ban the person? What is rude is rude. If you shouldn't say it to a moderator (or former moderator) you shouldnt say to anyone.

Sorry, just seemed kind of juvenile to mention the "former mod" thing like it makes a difference or holds some sort of significance.

Does it really matter who you vote for? When have politicians and "The President" done anything for anybody other than their own networks.

Democrats are not gay loving pot smoking hippie prancing tranny dancer racial minority sympathizers they are uptight, double speaking, control freaks that want mass control over "the people". It's that easy to understand. They don't give a flying flapjack about the problems that minorities or homosexuals face. If it were true then we'd have gay marriage legalized way back when Bill Clinton was getting fellatio from Monica under the desk in the oval office. Instead he votes in the stupid defense of marriage crap-act into play. Have you seen Hilary Clinton or Bill Clinton do anything truly "liberal"? I don't think so. It's nothing but double speak and finger pointing. Case is closed.

Where have you gotten those ideas from? Preachers, even those on TV, are always preaching about "getting off your butt to work to improve your life." Don't you realize that a portion of these people's income is donated to the church? It's to the benefit of the church to get people to work, not the opposite.

You are correct. The US involvement in the Vietnam War was started by a Republican. Right? Prosperity and an extremely low inflation rate was achieved by Carter. Right?

Involvement yes.

Escalation into a war? A Democrat did that.
