I hate her because she's an idiot who never would have gotten the nomination if she hadn't been an attractive woman.
That doesn't make her an idiot it just makes her an attractive woman.

Wow you sure are sure of a lot. Be honest; you already have a copy of the show don't you?

Before that, McCain/Palin were leading by approx 5 points.

Given all that, they only lost by 6% and approximately 800,000 combined votes in FL, NC, VA, IN, OH gave obama the victory. Flip those traditionally red states and he loses.

Election Center 2008 - Election Results & Politics News from CNN.com

Check it out. The numbers don't lie and these numbers should not in any way comfort the Left. They like to claim it was a "landslide" - it was anything but (electorally, yes, but the actually vote count in those 5 states, NO).
Sorry, but you are wrong....
A Palin 2012 Run Would Be 'Catastrophic' for GOP, Says Former McCain Aide | 44 | washingtonpost.com
Steve Schmidt, John McCain's former chief campaign strategist, said today that if former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin were to be the Republican nominee, it would be "catastrophic" for the Republican Party.

Demean her? Against her? Please, we want you to nominate her for POTUS in 2012

Get out there and start ringing door bells, kiss babies, do whatever it takes to make it happen!

Wrong about what? You link to an article about the "future", while my post was about the past election. Keep up.

You're quoting a republican strategist to make a point? How desperate.

The FACT remains - look at the actual numbers in those states I listed. Approx 800,000 gave obama the victory. If those states were flipped, he would have lost.

So there goes the landslide scenario down the crapper.

If not for Palin on the ticket, it really would have been a landslide.

She now has plenty of time, plenty of opportunities and plenty of venues to "undo" the smears and lies from the Left and the media.

Did someone just mention that Oprah lost viewers because of her support for Obama? LOL, that's pretty good, I don't think Oprah's hurting for viewers in the least. However, every show strives to get more viewers & better ratings. Why do you think the biggest joke of a politician in years is going to be on her show? Ratings of course! There are those out there, such as myself, who enjoy watching her talk in circles because she makes herself look even more foolish every time a mic is put in front of her face. Then, there are those who foolishly think she's actually capable of running a country & will support her no matter what because "she's a woman & a republican".

Yeah. Viewers turned her off when she promoted obama on her show but then refused to have Palin on - she didn't want to be "political".

It's not just another show booking for Oprah. She's going whole hog this season to try to recover from the ratings tumble she took last season when her audience slid to under 7 million viewers. And, during one awful week in July, "The Oprah Winfrey Show" suffered its smallest ratings since its debut way back in 1985.

Industry navel gazers speculated Oprah had turned off some of her conservative viewers -- or, more accurately, they had turned her off -- when she not only endorsed then presidential candidate Barack Obama but even campaigned for him. (Palin, of course, was the running mate of Obama's rival, Sen. John McCain.)

Oprah likes to interview people who know what they are talking about and that excluded Palin.

She'll never be able to live down her stupidity during election 2008.

BTW, the election was a landslide.
