I read a good one from RedState this evening which was entitled something about the WhiteHouse sticking an arm and drawing back a bloody stub. Now we have to see if the media people continue to stand up for free speech by them.
I hope they stick together and stand up for free speech. There is nothing wrong with dissenting viewpoints. If Fox is doing something criminal then bring up charges. The WH should not "take matters into their own hands" and be judge and jury as to who reports news and who doesn't.
There was plenty of bad press on every President during their administration. Obama is no exception although I'm thinking he wants everyone lock step with WH policies and defend them to the publlic.
Not any "change" I want to see.
You have absolutely no clue what you are talking about. I have never seen a government manipulate and control press like the Bush administration did.
Almost every news conference was flat-out rigged.

If Fox wants to be considered media, then they should stop distorting facts to serve a blatant ideological agenda (which Murdoch openly admitted to doing).

You haven't been watching Glenn Beck doing all that lying, again. You just have to see his clips from today. So good, and so exposing of what we have in the White House today. In the White House, but not just the President. Rahm and David Axelrod are the ones I am talking about and they do work in the White House.
Bush had his hand picked audiences. Soccer moms, rah rah sheeple. The military (and a lot of the soldiers looked like they would rather be elsewhere)

Who would those people be? Rahm tried with his bat in hand to prove to them that he would whack them and Beck went on today telling us how Rahm did it. I think that you think they have more power than they really do have.
As I recall that was about the time that the al Times was letting out some things aimed at hurting Bush and helping the enemy in Iraq. In fact that was about the time that I started calling the NYT the al Times of New York. Yes that was when that was.
Great story about the travails of being a reporter who can't fly free like the Fox people were treated last summer by the Oba mao people. You do know that they tried to get even, don't you? Hauling all kinds of people but nobody from Fox.

If those people don't stick up for their rights of speech we will all lose that right. They want to take it away as soon as they can and this is just the first move.
