I think you need to read your Bible again. It is the sixth commandment and refers to MURDER. In no way does it refer to killing for crimes or killing your enemies. The Bible is full of such examples of the Israelites killing thier enemies and punishing evil with death, all apparently with the good graces of God.
I personally think all terrorists should be killed and this is not a violation in the least of the sixth commandment. Defeating evil by killing its proponants is not an act against God's commandments, it is obeying them.
Do you think killing Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Castro, or Mao would have been an act of evil?
All citizens should be commended for defending themselves from the criminal vermin who increasingly run amok in this Nation. For too long across this Nation, criminals, thugs, psychos, predators, and low-lifes have recognized, it's easy pickings. They aren't intimidated by a mostly unarmed public, overworked Law Enforcement, or the revolving door of the criminal justice system. Standing up to (and legally eradicating) hoodlums as they attempt to wreak havoc and inflict horror upon a multitude of innocents, should be the duty of good, law-abiding, and armed citizens.
The Courts and Police are demonstrably inadequate and undependable with regard to personal protection. Instead, our "Leaders" warn us to "lock your doors", "don't walk alone to your car at night", "stay out of that neighborhood", "hide your packages from sight", "don't fight them", "don't confront them", "don't antagonize them", "don't look them in the eye", "give them what they want", "don't arm yourselves"-----ad nauseum.
Disturbingly, too often in America; primary rights belong to criminals----and jail cells can await the citizens who attempt to protect and defend lives, property and loved ones.
Wholly unacceptable, for a free society to live in fear, apprehension....or on their knees.

Grow up. The odds of home intrusion where a gun will solve the issue is less than getting struck by lightning.

I know of 5 home and businesses that had intruders in the last year and all five were protected by guns.
3 of the 5 the criminals were shot down and lucky they did not get killed and the other two ran liked scared rabbits knowing the victim was armed.
Intrude my home and see what happens, we have enough firepower here to last for a long, long time to ward off any criminals.
