The fascist Obama administration should concern liberal democrats, as well as moderates. Anyone who values thier personal freedom should be concerned. Fortunately, the nation appears to have realized who Obama is very early, such that he will not be able to proceed hidden from public scrutiny. I do not think that will deter him from further action, however.

This administration definitely doesn't seem to be what was promised during the election campaign last year.

The slogan "Hope and Change" has really taken on a new meaning.
Let's "hope" the American way of life doesn't "change".

Obama didn't seem as radical or controlling during his campaign.
The emotional, them vs us speeches though continue.
I don't like that he pits Americans against other Americans and wants us to hate each other and be jealous of each other and want to tax to death those that make more than us.

I don't like it one bit. There is no middle of the road, compromise from what I see. It's hard left vs hard right. And everyone inbetween in torn.

Out of incompetence and insecurity, Obama's making a surprisingly stupid mistake. He's emulating dictator Chavez...

U.S. report: Chavez moving to silence media critics - CNN.com

Not too many moderates will tolerate a fascist, totalitarian President and administration.

No he seems to be making the same mistakes that Nixon did really. They turned on him and they will on Obama. Its actaully strenghtens the opposition like always. Now days its the independents that decide elections and his numbers are much lower there. His decisons on afgansitan will bring problems within his won party also. no matter what he does really.

The OP's example is from four Decades ago....LOL ....What of joke.

Yet right wingers praise anti-Democratic regimes right at this very moment.

They will not tell you about that.

The last moderate that was quoted was Senator Bayh who voted against the sneaky attempt to take $250 billion of pay for doctors that will be withdrawn when Medicare payments are cut. Yes, 13 Democrats voted with a solid Republican group and defeated that amendment. It was one of the saddest things they have done about health care so far. They wanted to pay the doctors the extra money to get their support but forgot that taking it out of the healthcare budget just wasn't the kind of thing that some Dems could go along with.

We have one lefty answering you and he is just one of those who think that if Dems do it it is great and shows his feelings with that post.
