So Americans visiting foreign countries shouldn't be allowed to drive until they are fluent in the language of the country they are visiting?

There is no law that says you have to speak English to drive.

And? Because she speaks Spanish we should deny her the right to DRIVE?
Sounds VERY un-American to me.

It's like laws are only good when it protects me and people like me. But if you are different, we should apply those same laws differently too.

It doesn't bother me really that she was driving, but for communication purposes, speak ENGLISH and if you don't know it then learn it! This would have been a non issue if she spoke English.
