I believe he would like to be a Global President, when the one world government comes on the scene. We are close to that now.

The one world Government thing you're speaking of: I thought that Bush 43 was trying to do that, after his speech about the countries being the axis of evil. I truly thought he was going to wage war with countries across the globe, and try to make America out to be the world's police force, I truly thought he wanted to rule the world, much like Hitler wanted to. Now that was scary. And after no WMD's were found in Iraq, I began to doubt that anything he said to the American public was credible. I'd still like to know what he meant aboard that aircraft carrier by saying "Mission Accomplished". I'm sure many people wondered what the hell he was talking about.
So, you people think President Obama want's to rule the world, or, the U.S.A. for his lifetime? You've got to be kidding. Don't you people have anything better to discuss than these theories you dream up? I guess not.

The title says can he do that and then there are a whole string of Executive Orders from long ago that COULD be used for that very thing. Now let me suggest that you read that pile of Exec. orders and then tell me that that is impossible.
I know few, outside the present White House group, that would want to see that happen but I really don't think you read any part of the link provided for people to read.

In the first place, sir, Bush did not say those words aboard that aircraft carrier. They appeared on a sign behind him but he didn't hang the sign.
Now lets see you read that link I provided and most surely the executive orders that are still in effect that could be used by someone as shrewd as Rahm Emanuel and David Axelrod. My question was "could he use them" and anybody who read those things would have to admit that he "could", whether he wants to or not. I have no proof that George Soros isn't back in there pretty deep and he would like to be pulling the strings for a man who "could" do that.

Did I say he said or quoted those words? NO. And who do YOU think had the banner posted on the carrier? charlie brown?
Let me rephrase my statement so you may understand it better: People in America, and the world over were wondering what the heck that banner meant. And, no, charlie brown did not order the banner hung, so, it's obvious who ordered the banner hung, Bush 43.
Your links don't mean squat, I think you're dreaming. President Obama is not going to execute an executive order to be our President for life. The thread in itself is not only ridiculous, but the title is also misleading.
Considering how far other planets are away from us a one world government is inevitable which is why those predictions were made in the first place.
