Now before you wont click the link simply because its a gop web site.

How about we be adults and prove what they say wrong without the name calling. Lets have a real debate.

Is that possible?

Can we also leave out the republicans did it so democrats can do it.

Just prove the republicans wrong

First thing that grabs my attention is this:

114 million-Number of individuals who could lose their current coverage under the bill's government-run health plan, according to non-partisan actuaries at the Lewin Group

The Lewin Group is a firm that is owned by a United Healthcare... not exactly a neutral source.

And then this:

$88,200-Definition of "low-income" family of four for purposes of health insurance subsidies

$88k for a family of four should be eligible for health insurance subsidies. It is almost impossible to insure 4 people on that salary. To insure that family with a regular policy and a $2k deductible with 20% coinsurance here in NY would cost $1,500/mo.

Once again why should they? Give some details to support your opinion.

Thats NY

88k for a family is a comfortable living in many states. Ny maybe not so much.

Families of 4 earning 88K a year... still need government assistance to sustain their lives?

Wow. This entitlement thing is taking over seriously.

It is true that in some states (like NY) that isn't nearly enough money. I wouldn't live in those states though.
