fuzzy math out of washington is nothing new: and from both sides
remember the clinton "I created 20 million jobs"....not a lie, but not hte truth either...20 million LOW paying jobs created while 25 million HIGH paying jobs left the country
remember bush..."the war would be paid in oil".....not quite

It isn't new, but also, past presidents didn't stake their entire campaign on "CHANGE". Remember, Obama was going to be different, better, CHANGE, hope, unity, a Washington outsider, tranparency, honesty, etc, etc.....remember all his warm, believeable words and promises????
Obviously, the funny method of calculation by obama is the real problem.
Desperate times demand desperate measures.
Greetings, Once again sanrene makes a great point !!!
And on it goes .... the seemingly endless "Postulated Statements" by so many of our elected politicians appears never to end !
Shall we ever witness an end to the outlandish and deliberate fabrications from the very folks we the "American People" have trusted and elected to the most powerful political offices in the nation ?
Have we reached the point in American History when the American Peole are being forced to accept "Unprecedented Political Postulations" as a matter of course !!!
And yet the news media informs today that it may be several more weeks until the President makes any decisions regarding the vitally important matter of possible additional troop deployments to Afghanistan !
It shall be interesting indeed to research the integrity and logic of White House decision making regarding this most important matter ! Our numerous enemies around the globe are anxiously awaiting this vastly important U.S. Presidental decision !
Rest assured America's many ominious enemies will not be as easily deceived as some folks in our country regarding the current Washington "Political Circus" and it's unfortunate tendency to "Tell A Big One" !
Once again I state that the American People deserve so much better !
Thanks / Lamar

If $26K creates or saves 450 jobs, it only cost $58.16 to save or create a job. Obviously, with a total of $788,000,000,000 to be spent, we can save or create 13,548,830,811.5 jobs, and, with 15% already spent, we have already saved or created 203,224,621.7 jobs and, with an unemployment rate of zero percent, ran out of workers to fill the new positions. Nice job Democrats.
The White House was so desperate to show ANY results from the stimulus that they posted the initial jobs saved/created without proper verification. Then got angry with Assoc Press when the faulty numbers were revealed to be patently ludicrous.
Now we're supposed to believe the latest claim of 650,000??
"The White House could have avoided some of that sort of confusion by providing more information on the visitors, such as an employer name and the city they hail from. For example, is the Shawn Carter who attended a poetry reading the same one who goes by Jay-Z and had campaigned for Obama?
"'This unprecedented level of transparency can sometimes be confusing rather than providing clear information,' a White House special counsel, Norm Eisen, wrote on the White House blog.
