This rumor has been around forever. Liberals thought George W Bush was going to implement and conservatives called them crazy. But the Guy at the Base where I dropped off my Resume for the Death Panel Job said I should keep the tinfoil on at all times because that is how they will contact me to report to work
You are correct--they first started circulating as part of Bush and Cheney's "plot". Now it has transferred to Obama. Will probably still be around for whomever comes next--these stupid things just get recycled.
I remember hearing similar tales back in the late 60s to early 70s - only that time they were going to use them to round up all the hippies, give them haircuts and new clothes and make them become yuppies!
They are real, there is no other explantion why these locations would have 1000's of disposable coffin liners and be close to train tracks all owned by FEMA. I think they are just trying to be prepared for bioterrosm. The goverment knows a lot more than they tell us, and wouldn't want to cause a panic.
If something like that did happen, there would be massive dead bodies and sick people. This would be the only way to handle the situation. It is gruesome, but it could be a reality someday.
