Since so many of our elected representatives seem to believe that getting your health insurance through the government equates to socialized medicine and means we are becoming a socialist country, I say we should save them from the dreaded socialism. I believe that we should DEMAND that every representative that votes against a strong public option for the health care reform package puts their money where their mouth is and give up their government health insurance plan. They could then go out into the "free market" of private health insurance and purchase their own health insurance just as they expect us to do. I urge everyone to write or call your rep and suggest that it is about time they walk the walk instead of just talk the talk.

And I suggest they get busy saving themselves...from we the people, when 2010 rolls around. These DC bums know what their constituents want and don't want. Question is: Will they serve their people well and honorably, or continue to bow to The Corrupt One? It will be an interesting wait and see.
