You folks got to learn some critical thinking skills.

2nd time since 9/11 that a terrorist attack has occured on US soil and been covered up.

1- John Muhammed and the DC Sniper attacks. You have to be a fool to believe that these attacks were not a terrorist attack. Look at his writings after the fact and its plain as day. (do a google search. Guy talks about Jihad against the USA)

2- Nidal Malik Hasan was under survielence before the attack, and i find it extremely suspicious that the US government declared it not to be a terrorist attack before the attack was even over with....

Both of these guys were Muslim converts and the evidence shows that these were both terrorism....

Neither 1 or 2 was orchestrated by persons outside the US. These people acted on their own.

If that's your broad definition of a "terrorist attack" , so what?

What difference does it make on how it's catergorized?

If it's a "terrorist attack" rather than run-of-the-milll American psychos are you game for some vengence on Muslims?

I'm just waiting for someone on the left to say he's a Republican.

Nadal grew up in Falls Church VA. That's DC beltway area. There's such a large muslim population in NOVA community that GMU installed foot baths in many of their bathrooms. Falls Church is right next to Fairfax County, the richest county in America.

While I don't think that the Fort Hood incident can be associated with VT (he did graduate in the 90's), all of this other violence is deeply unsettling and a very high level of violent crime for a college.

Virginia Tech has got to do something about this. It's become just too dangerous of a college recently, and I'm sure safety is becoming a serious concern for students considering attending. One incident may be isolated but 4 separate incidents in the span of 2 years? It's not even in a major metro with a high crime level either.

Outside their websourcing for killing/terrorist tactics, I can agree that it seems they acted alone. When news reported today of three gun men, I thought it was a cell; but now seems to be a one man show driven by a warped idealogy.

Did you see the video shown on AC 360? The man is wearing a traditional muslim outfit while going to a convenience store hours before he start to kill others...

To all who are so naive...We have seen this in the Middle East and also in Europe.
In The Netherlands Theo van Gogh was stabbed to death in the middle of the day while riding his bike in Amsterdam, by another crazy radical muslim.

More and more the muslims want to psuh their religion on others and are showing they are unhappy and speak out for uprising of other muslims. The more mosques are being build the more they preach hate, and recruit from these mosques. People can say it isn't true but in Europe unfortunately it has proven to be true.

In some European cities it is like you are walking in Marrocco or Turkey or even Saudi...people are dressed with long dresses (you never know what is hidden underneath) and the wear scarfs or even Burka's.

This horrible person even spoke out and could serve in the US army while questioning the US war against terror and asking for muslims to rise up against the agressor and he didn't mean "muslims" but he meant the US!

This man probably wanted his virgins...and what did we get "many dead people and injured people"!

The more and more we deny this is happening the more attacks will take place....

And Obama was stating "muslim fate is peaceful fate"...msulims are allowed to kill family members if they have sex with a person they don't like...what is peaceful about that? Woman have nothing to say and man can hit them if they want...is that a peaceful fate?

On top of that they believe that killing others will give them virgins and they become martyrs...as long as a population thinks that killing is okay a that death is better than living, there is a huge problem...

Most religions believe in life and living it the best we can...muslims believe in killing any one that is of a different religion so in the next decades every one will be a muslim! That makes is a scary religion.....and on top of that...other muslims who aren't radicals aren't speaking out against radicals...maybe because they scared or maybe because they believe the same thing, but don't speak out...silence isn't helping their case. Obama made it worse by praising muslims and their fate!

I don't like the spin that his idealogy is warped.
He's anti-war.
So am I and so are many military and civilians.

He should have resigned his commission if he was unwilling to go.

The guy was raised in Washington, he's 100% American.

How are the racists on this and other threads going to spin Timothy McVeigh, another 100% American?
He was of GB descent and christian.

Someone's last name or religion don't make them murderers.
It's a personal thing, not cultural.
