NO, NO, NO!!
Islam is not a peaceful religion and furthermore they should ALL be deported.
A great majority of the 2.5-million Muslims in the USA are citizens who were born in the USA. They cannot be deported and there would be no place to deport them to.
Please submit statistics that show that Muslims living in the USA have a higher rate of arrest for violent crimes than non-Muslims.

I think if you are a Muslim you should not be made to fight other Muslims as that would be a conflict of interest, as is apparent by the Ft. Hood Shootings.

Fine - They need to be removed from the armed forces (based on the rhetoric of the leaders).
Many of the Japanese, during WWII, were also born here. National security, over rode their individual rights. Those "Presidential orders", are in place now, if needed. Feel free to look them up.

Why shouldn't a person be allowed to volunteer for military service, regardless of his religious faith?
If your armed forces are volunteer, then each individual should have the right to opt out of going to war where he has sympathies for the enemy. But not be forced out because of some presumed sympathies.

What you suggest would totally destroy the chain of command -
When you are in the military - you know / should know to say one thing: "Yes Sir"
