Actually, if you read the post you would know there will be no such thing. Personally I would work it this way, if you can afford insurance and do not buy it you either pay out of pocket for your health needs or you do not get any service, most of us are sick of paying for those that can pay but do not. Seems like some here believe in people being able to work around the system without anyone saying a thing, that or they are just whining to hear their own voice.

My logic is, the single payer system is superior to this public option crap. The public option was merely a sort of compromise because we didn't want to upset the health insurance companies(but yes they do employ a lot of Americans in this recession).
In the single payer system everyone is covered. There are no fines, there is no group "looking" for people evading the system. Its a simple system where, when you go to the doctor, no one sits around asking "who is going to pay for this", you just get treatment and go home.
It is such a vastly superior system that effectively keeps down costs, which has been proven time and again in other countries.
