Shush! Don't blow the manipulation of the idiots! Watch the little rats scurry along the path, so easily pushed in the direction we choose. So stupid, so predictable. Lets profit off them, something so stupid should have some benefit should it not?

CDC - Seasonal Influenza (Flu) - Key Facts About Seasonal Influenza (Flu)

Key Facts About Seasonal Influenza (Flu)

What is Influenza (Also Called Flu)?

The flu is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. It can cause mild to severe illness, and at times can lead to death. The best way to prevent seasonal flu is by getting a seasonal flu vaccination each year.

Every year in the United States, on average:
  • 5% to 20% of the population gets the flu;
  • more than 200,000 people are hospitalized from flu-related complications; and
  • about 36,000 people die from flu-related causes.
Some people, such as older people, young children, pregnant women and people with certain health conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease), are at increased risk for serious complications from seasonal flu illness.

They could have let the health bill sit for a while, and focus their efforts on the H1N1 - But, they have compulsive personalities.

They've been blaming the deaths in Iraq on the Republicans. And now they managed to kill about as many people from their neglect of our well being. And they managed to do it so much quickly.

All efforts should have been on this issue - the H1N1 flu virus.

They should have been putting all efforts into getting the vaccines out - using as many resources as possible.

Yes, it takes time to develop - But, if more resources were used - we would have enough vaccine for everyone.

These deaths that are occuring are on the hands of the Democrats.

As already stated 10x's that die from flu each year.....You do realize that not just americans die in the war right? Far far more innocent have died than 4,000

If the health care bill is passed tomorrow it won't go into affect until 3 or 4 years from now. How would that save anyone now?

Default Hello...How about posting the full article

You left something out...

Quote (from the article):

This flu season, scientists believe that a new and very different flu virus (called novel 2009 H1N1) may cause a lot more people to get sick than during a regular flu season. It also may cause more hospital stays and deaths than regular seasonal flu.

:End quote

Again, these are deaths that could have been prevented/lessened with a focus on this new flu...But, the Democrats had another agenda...Didn't they?
