Sorry you fail to see the difference.
Acting on behalf of a foreign individual does not equate to acting on behalf of a country that we are at war with. The reason that people are afraid of KSM being tried in the U.S. is because they know whatever he admitted to was obtained illegally but they wont admit it. Thanks again Dick.

This is simple, If no foreigner is to be tried in the U.S., then we have a lot of illegal aliens being wrongfully held on criminal charges. But you not that's not true..

Stop speaking for victims of whom you have no clue how they feel now or will feel in the future.

He committed his act on a militay base but he will be on American soil.

WOW..I'm sure you'd be happy with more terror attacks just to spite Obama..Very sad.

Last time I checked, they've kept us safe longer than the last administration.
Thank you for being an example of complete ignorance and naievity.

KSM wants to die, so the death penalty is exactly what he wants.

What will be KSM's defense? His defense's first move will be to surpress any statments KSM made under duress, including saying that he was the mastermind behind 9/11. Plus the defense will have a field day with NYC being so biased against this guy.

The anti-torture crowd will just love this. As the KSM defense supoenas Bush, Cheney, most of the CIA, etc..., this trial will probably go on for months if not years. And the timing will be perfect just before the 2010 elections.

I'd rather they throw him in SuperMax for the rest of his life than execute him.

Is someone who lost family and friends a victim as well?

Because I'll tell you right now - we want justice ASAP and out in the open, not in some closed tribunal where we will never know what happened. Ask some of the family orgs and see what they have to say about it.

I'm pissed it took this long to get a trial scheduled.

So, are you saying that he is a prisoner of war? I remember you insisting in the past that terrorists are NOT POWs and therefore not covered by Geneva Convention. What changed your mind?

Besides, if he is going to get the chair either way, then why do you care?
He will walk from a civilian court there will be no evidence allowed
