It shows, for one, how shallow liberals really are.
What I really dislike even more are hypocrites and the reason Christian individuals like Prejean get dragged through the mud is because they don't practice what they preach - she is also kind of bringing it on herself via keeping herself in the limelight, but that's a whole different thread.
On the other side, there are people here who will defend extremist Christians as not representing the whole, or not really being Christians at all, but then denouncing the entire Muslim faith due to the actions of their extermists.
I don't judge all Christians based on the acts of Prejean, just like I don't judge all Muslims based on the acts of Osama Bin Laden. I actually come from a VERY Catholic family, but my family members that are religious do not judge others and do not push their religion on me.
Practice what you preach and don't push your views on others. Don't judge the actions of an entire religion based on the acts of a few.

...because Islam like Christianity has never killed anybody, terrorist/murderers of both religions have.

You'd have to give some examples of someone denouncing Christianity while defending Islam.
Prejean was dragged through the mud because she lied, posed in porn pics and violated the rules of the contest. Her desperately trying to blame it on something else just makes her look worse.
